Tom Swoboda, CEO, Docker Findlay Swoboda & Associates
Prior to DFS&A Tom enjoyed a thirty-five year career in retailing with a major mass retailer and finished his retailing career as the Divisional Merchandise Manager of the Automotive Group. Tom then founded a management services company, Swoboda Associates, INC. ( SAI ) specializing in the automotive aftermarket area of planning and execution of M&A strategies, start-ups, turn-a-rounds and short-term business management. . Tom has served as a member of the Board of Directors and also served as a Vice President on the Executive Committee of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, AAIA. Tom currently serves on the AAIA Marketing committee, the SEMA Restyling committee, the Advisory Board of the R. L. Polk Company and Aftermarket Business Retail Publications Advisory Board. Tom has a BS in Business from Missouri Western College.

Tim Findlay, President, Docker Findlay Swoboda & Associates
Prior to DFS&A, Tim served as the CEO of Trak Auto, a 250 store automotive retail parts business. As Kmart's Divisional V.P. of hardlines, Mr. Findlay negotiated and structured the acquisition and partnership of the auto service business between Kmart Corporation and the Penske Organization and then served as President of Penske Auto Centers. His years of senior management experience with Kmart, Team Penske and Trak Auto has given him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the automotive aftermarket. He is actively involved in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, A.A.I.A. He previously served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Market Research Committee and currently serves as a member of the Market Research committee.
